Durham's Annual Tribute Luncheon 2010

Each year, DCVB hosts Durham's Annual Tribute Luncheon to honor individuals and groups who contribute to creating or preserving part of Durham's unique sense of place.

In 2010, Eddie Belk, FAIA and Frank DePasquale, AIA Emeritus were honored for their contributions to adaptive reuse architecture, a hallmark of Durham's unique sense of place.

These individuals are responsible for the reuse, restoration, and rebirth of places like Brightleaf Square, American Tobacco, Golden Belt, West Village, Liberty Warehouse, Hayti Heritage Center, and the Durham Arts Council building.
