Vote for Durham in Food & Wine Survey

Durham One of Five Towns Nominated for Love of Food

Food & Wine magazine is kicking off a year-long series celebrating amazing food found across America and asking users of its website to "vote" on cities for a series on favorite food scenes. Not surprisingly, Durham has been nominated as one of five towns where people most love to eat. Click here to cast your vote for Durham.

With nearly three dozen nationally and regionally reviewed restaurants and a thriving colony of imaginative chefs, Durham’s dining scene is arguably one of the most acclaimed in the state and comprises a signature part of the community’s unique sense of place.

Food & Wine is very familiar with Durham as a culinary destination. In its June edition, Food & Wine profiled Durham’s Locopops in its “Destinations Americana” section. In the past, the magazine has also featured such Durham establishments as Nana’s Restaurant and the Nasher Museum Café, as well as Durham-based Counter Culture Coffee. Share your thoughts about these and other places that make Durham a place “where great dining happens” by clicking here.
