The reCharge bootcamp is a fun, expertly designed, studio / outdoor fitness program. Classes are held Monday – Wednesday – Friday mornings from 6 am – 6:45 am. For those who love weekend workouts, a weekend workout pass to reCharge is included! Intensive 4 week training program based on reCharge’s training philosophy of alignment and overload training. All participants receive a fitness assessment before and then after 4 week session.
Assessment Details: (this is done with all personal training clients!) recharge Health & Fitness Assessment and Consultation The process of personal training must begin with a comprehensive health, fitness, and goals consultation in order to be effective. The assessment process leaves no stone unturned in order to set proper baselines and goals for you. From a body structure perspective they evaluate your orthopedic skeletal injuries, pain and/ or bodily tension areas, body-movement patterns, gait analysis and conduct a multi-scale posture analysis. They will then construct a fitness composite made up of initial strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. They review your lifestyle factors such as significant lifestyle changes, stress and sleep. The consultation includes a one-on-one discussion of your goals in every area of health and wellness.
