Located in the American Tobacco Historic District, 10,000 sq. ft. fitness center features cardiovascular and strength training equipment, group fitness classes, and personal trainers. Members and their guests only, with memberships available.

Established in 1969, the Duke Diet and Fitness Center (DFC) is a nationally recognized, highly respected treatment center for individuals who are overweight or obese. Using healthy eating habits, safe exercise, and an intensive program of individual assessments and treatment, DFC helps patients achieve sustainable weight loss while maximizing overall health.
