Each class is limited 12 participants.
All classes are hands-on. They have a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy, from the Matterello rolling pins to the "Pettine" or looms for making Garganelli and special pasta rolling boards. You will make a variety of shapes like farfalle, corzetti, fettuccine as well as ravioli in our Pasta 101 Class.
