Ships In The Night drifts between the worlds of night and day, past and future, reality and illusion. Songwriter Alethea Leventhal’s ethereal vocals float effortlessly over electronic waves of synth and drum machines. She has toured Germany, as well as the US, and has just released a dark electronic album called Myriologues. Ships In The Night is atmospheric, haunting, and electrifying Darkwave. Website: http://shipsinthenightmusic.com/ band camp: http://shipsinthenight.bandcamp.com/ Jaguardini treats music like a science project, combining the sounds of old video games and synthesizers to create a live blend of energetic synthpop and nostalgic chip beats. Christo manipulates a gameboy, a vocoder, an array of synths, a megaphone, and an electric guitar with a CRT TV set on his head and 90s workout videos in the background. Desperate vocals overlay glitchy elements like those of Com Truise, paired with the 80s revival-isms of synthpop artists like Wayphaser and Teeel. bandcamp: http://jaguardini.bandcamp.com/ Video: https://vimeo.com/164034419 Spookstina: experimental music // conjurer of sound. Some post-show remarks: - "I mean this in the best possible way; Spookstina is an empath's worst nightmare." - "Spookstina is like the Jackson Pollock of sound." https://spookstina.bandcamp.com/
