Chef BO - is putting together a creative and flavorful gluten-free menu which will be paired with wines chosen for each course. Chef Bo comes to Primal with local and national experience. Most recently, he was executive chef for Rocky Top Hospitality Group. Prior to that he was executive chef at the Weathervane. He spent time in Las Vegas and New York with the Glazier Group.
