This class helps the home chef kick it up a notch by learning basic skills and techniques the professionals use in the industry. Knife care, common and unique knife cuts and mise en place make up the introduction demonstration in this class. Students will then learn how to properly break down a chicken, create an airline breast cut and turn these items into a delicious meal based on what is in season. Bring an apron and come prepared for some fun. Also, feel free to bring your own chef and/or boning knife if you have your favorites.
