This class highlights the rich culinary history along with many popular regional ingredients, cooking techniques and dishes of the Middle East. Learn to identify the very same ingredients used in class at local grocery stores and markets. Students prepare, taste, serve, and evaluate traditional, regional dishes. Menu will be based on seasonal availability of foods.
Three-hour hands-on cooking class (special wines or alcohol provided if applicable)
