Bayer has in-depth expertise and experience in both animal health and crop protection with business based on an inherent interest in preserving bee health and promoting sustainable agriculture.
Tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. Tour groups with multiple people can elect one person to register for the tour slot. The recommended age for tours is 8 years and older. In order to keep tour schedules on track, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. All tours will begin promptly as scheduled. Tours typically last about an hour and children are required to be accompanied by an adult. Tour groups are limited to no more than 30 people.
Tour request need to be made one week prior to the requested tour date and time. Tour requests are not guaranteed. Visitors arriving 10 minutes or more late may be rescheduled. During the winter months (November – March) hive demos on tours will not be possible. Please note, closed-toe shoes are required on site, and all visitors who have a known allergy to honey bees should note this in their registration. After completing the tour registration form, a confirmation email will be sent from the Bee Care Center Team within 24 hours of submitting the request.
