Helping Hands is a clinic-based program where volunteers offer assistance to patients and families in the clinic waiting areas. Volunteers assist patients and families with non-clinical needs and provide caring support and a helping hand during waiting times for clinic visits.
This clinic opportunity allows volunteers to help as a facilitator to ensure a positive patient experience while in the clinic waiting areas. This opportunity involves direct contact with patients and families. Time commitment: three-four hours per week, M-F and one year commitment. Training provided.
